Big Sky Resources Inc. is a vertically integrated resource company, developing 30k net acres of low carbon oil and high value sand reserves in Utah of operations. We expect to be revenue producing in the first six months and EBITDA positive in the first year of operations as we seek to develop and produce 50k barrels of low sulfur oil and almost 60k tons of remediated sand per day, generating $1B+ in annual EBITDA within 4 years. Free cash flow generated from our oil manufacturing and sand remediation operations is expected to fund dividends and support the funding of a fully integrated Blue Hydrogen Plant utilizing sequestered natural gas as a fuel. In aggregate, we intend to carbon capture and sequester (CCS) ~95% of CO2 emissions generated during manufacturing, delivering true sustainable raw materials for the energy transition.
