ES VICIS Foundation
www.esvicis.orgOur overall goal is to reverse the unsustainable rural to urban migration and create thriving communities and liveable environments, up-lifting rural areas for the well-being of families and planet. Against the global mainstream and disbelief, our foundation developed a model for sustainable migration to rural villages. The ES VICIS Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Basel, Switzerland, with tax exemption status. Adequate plans to decentralise cities are needed. Investing resources so that people have the opportunity to live in rural habitats, to return to healthier environments, in contact with nature. Vision: A world with rural regions full of vital and thriving villages, where every person, every family, lives in decent conditions, with work, health and education in a safe, prosperous and sustainable environment. Collapsed cities reverting migration and becoming green cities. Our Purpose: To create planned migration programs to accelerate the development of rural villages with economic and social potential for sustainable growth. To generate awareness and work out sustainable solutions for the population balance (number and distribution) and to foster cooperation across sectors to solve migration challenges. To generate tools to make visible the business opportunities in the rural villages facilitating the establishment of new families and entrepreneurial activities. To provide business and construction trainings to the heads of households. To train rural communities that have difficulty in their economic and social growth, building their capacity to self-manage their sustainable development in three pillars : WELCOME - BUSINESS - HOME ES VICIS Foundation Mettliweg 12- 4148 - Pfeffingen - Basel Land Cintia Jaime, Managing Director cintia.jaime@esvicis.org Donnations: UBS AG, Basel /Switzerland – IBAN CH48 0023 3233 1845 1401 F
