Iran Welding Flux Mfg. Co. "Jooshiran” established in 1991 and launched its first product as Premixed Welding Fluxes used for welding electrodes. In 1997 Jooshiran extended its product portfolio with the launch of Welding Fluxes for Submerged Arc Welding process. The production of Welding Wires since 2005 was a milestone in Jooshiran product ranges in order to fulfill the customer’s needs. At present we are glad to announce that our research and development department are working to introduce new welding Wires and Fluxes for SAW process beside other welding consumables. The quality policy, in the whole company, lead to the award management system standard certificate ISO 9001:2000 in 2005 with the distinguished scope of "Design & Production of Welding Fluxes & Wires”. Jooshiran products have the approvals of BV, DNV, GL and AQC beside the customer’s endorsements. Further, we have received the management system standard certificate ISO 9001-2008 from AQC and ISO QAR. The technical assistance to meet the customer’s requirement, composed of engineers in the field of welding and metallurgy, works to provide them with the high quality welding wires and fluxes. Tailor-made products when necessary in order to suit the particular applications with the technical back-ups is one of the services which distinguishes Jooshiran from its rivals.
