Jolly Roger Brew is a veteran owned growing brewery founded in 2017 and located in the heart of the Charlotte region on Lake Norman. We combine the unique mix of real German brewing tradition and add innovative technology that creates our award winning Craft Beers. We specialize in premium batch Ales using our proprietary blend of American hops that emphasize aromas allowing us to limit bitterness. You will enjoy the results feeling a smooth and delicious beer refreshing your inner Pirate. Our themed beers include Ale names borrowed from Pirate sailing traditions like IPAtch, Barbarossa Red, and our award winning Walk the Plank Wheat amongst others. Our beer is available in the region at Taverns and fine Alehouses that have customers that want expertly crafted brews. We also serve tastings and growlers on a limited schedule inside of our working brewery, so don't be surprised when the brewer is serving and able to talk to you about our creations.
