In partnership with our lead agencies, Elder Options makes a real impact on the lives of seniors and adults living with disabilities every day. Elder Options advocates on behalf of and provides valuable services to older adults and persons living with disabilities that enhance well-being and support the ability to live with dignity within their communities. We provide information and referral services, benefits counseling, screening and eligibility assistance, Healthy Living workshops on Diabetes, classes for improving and maintaining balance – such as Tai Chi, one-on-one help for Depression, SHINE Medicare counseling, hospital to home Care Transitions services, caregiver support and education and program oversight of lead agencies in mid-Florida.
