“Shanidze & Nikoladze Law Group” has been established in January 2017 by Georgia-based lawyer Ekaterine Shanidze and UK-based lawyer Tamar Nikoladze. The company was founded as an act of union of lawyers with a long-term successful career in different legal fields. Both of the founders have more than sixteen years of work experience in different legal practice areas; Oriented on further development, they decided to combine forces in order to establish Law Firm. Law Firm has offices in two locations: Tbilisi and London. The main expertise field of London office is Corporate, Banking, Financial and International Commercial Law. Office is led by Tamar Nikoladze, who has obtained her Master Degree in UK, University of Westminster and has the significant experience of working on both, local and international platforms. Our London office provides legal services to the companies, planning to enter into and participate in international transactions and deals. Our Tbilisi Office focuses on Civil, Corporate, Labor, Commercial and Transport Law. Office is led by Ekaterine Shanidze, who has experience of working as Public Servant in different branches of the Georgian Authorities, such as Parliament of Georgia and Supreme Court of Georgia. Apart from above, Ekaterine was a chief lawyer in different companies of Georgian transport sector, such as Tbilisi Transport Company and Tegeta Motors LLC. Tbilisi office offers the legal support to individuals/companies who intend to set up a business in Georgia. Besides, company can assist companies with day-to-day operations.
