Avant-Garb Magazine is Bowdoin’s premier student-run fashion publication. It was created in the Fall of 2017 as a platform for fashion, beauty, and culture on campus. Our staff produces original written and visual content that reflects and celebrates the different styles and traditions of the student body. Avant-Garb seeks to demonstrate that fashion is more than aesthetic but rather, a powerful, ever-changing medium.
