Doosan Digital Innovation America, LLC (DDIA) is the primary IT shared service provider for the Doosan affiliates in North America. Their customer portfolio includes Doosan Bobcat Company located in West Fargo, ND & HyAxiom located in South Windsor, CT. DDIA is the North American presence of the South Korean based Doosan Digital Innovation entity. DDIA aspires to provide cost-effective tactical support and business analyst expertise to our customers. The organization is comprised of three teams who are focused on infrastructure support, operations support & applications delivery. Other company employees include business analysts with strong ties to the Doosan business units we support.
