Launched in 2004, OnCall Physician Staffing was born when Dr. Scott Shapiro was in his residency and needed to earn extra income to support his family but needed to have flexibility around his training program. OnCall offers moonlighting opportunities for residents, fellows, attendings, nurse practitioners, and physician assistance ranging from two shifts per month up to thirty shifts per month. Different than Locum Tenens, OnCall Physician Staffing is a long-term, strategic partner for healthcare systems nationwide.
