Our 3-year Technical Skills Training Program was created by U.S. Sugar. In 2018 they constructed a state-of-the-art facility to house our one-of-a-kind training academy. ISTA is an unparalleled, integrated, learning environment. Our program consists of three years of coursework and hands-on training. Our students get paid for their time in class, earn industry recognized certificates, and successful trainees earn job offers upon program completion. We are accepting applications for the class that begins September each year. Program pre-qualifications are: General Education Degree (G.E.D.) or High School Diploma, Personality Assessment, Ramsay Entrance test, Hands-On Mechanical Test, Ramsay Mechanical Test.
