Philia is a symbiotic coaching programme for women all over the world and collaborates with organisations; especially in conflict and post-conflict areas. By learning the programme’s unique communication skills that promote dialogue and mutual understanding, women support each other in reaching their individual goals as well as enabling spillover effects on entire communities. We offer three different formats: 1) a 20-week online course that women complete together with another woman of their choice 2) women's empowerment workshops that are held on a weekly basis, usually co-organised with universities, co-working spaces or development organisations 3) weekend getaways that combine holiday and intensive course
