Chale Socks is a one for one Ghanaian socks brand offering culturally inspired socks, telling stories of strong Ghanaian heritage. We make socks for people who not only choose to walk or run their own path but are also willing to ensure others have the opportunity to do same. Inspired by the creative community of Agotime Kpetoe from the very beginning, the story of our socks has been woven together with story of Agotime. Watching the people of Agotime weave intricate kente patterns from methods passed down by their fathers and mothers was a regular sight for us. The beauty and creativity of this town was also characterized with challenges which saw most kids walking barefooted on the daily, exposing them to health risks and hindering their access to key services such schools. As we are Inspired by the vibrant colours, designs and creativity of Agotime-Kpetoe, we’re equally moved by the stories and struggles of other communities alike. We believe creativity comes with responsibility paramount among which is the well-being of others.
