The JAR Group acquires, develops and manages apartment communities and retail properties. Our current portfolio is located in Michigan and in the Southeastern U.S. We are now expanding through both acquisition and development into other markets. Our transactions are sometimes done with internal funds and sometimes through syndications to mainly repeat passive investors. We continue to seek opportunities to add value to acquired properties through investment and management.
