Co-Founded by CEO Andrew Gosling in 1987, under his dedicated direction Food Show has grown and remains a private company to this day. Director of Food, Max Uyanik, is one of the most innovative chefs in the industry and has been at the helm of Food Show’s kitchen for more than 14 years, along with his dedicated team they are driven to create spectacular modern menus which are visually stimulating and exceptional in flavour.
