Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies Kids Programs (HMHB) are wellness programs for kids ages 2-18. Our mission is to "help kids help themselves" by giving them simple yet powerful practices for focusing, calming the mind, and "facing & erasing" negative emotions. At the core of our programs is self-awareness, but we also give kids an education in character building, kindness, gratitude, compassionate leadership, connection to nature, and so much more. We like to call ourselves the "full enchilada" of wellness programs, because we are not just meditation, and our curriculum comes from over 40 years of intensive and practical research. All programs are delivered digitally so they can be done anywhere in the world! We are the youth division of Adventures In Consciousness nonprofit.
