Weidner
www.weidnerpro.comOur Story It all started for Weidner in 1959 as a process, instrumentation, and controls distributor in Salt Lake City, Utah. In the 1970’s and 1980’s, David Weidner grew the company by taking on additional product lines and offering solutions in Idaho, Wyoming, and Nevada. As the company expanded its footprint, Weidner began offering personal safety products to its process equipment customers in the mining, oil and gas, water/wastewater, and food and beverage industries. This led to expansion into the industrial safety and fire service markets. In 2004, the company created a division of sales and service dedicated to the firefighting and industrial safety markets…Weidner Fire. In 2018, Weidner created its Plant Services division, which focuses on turnaround maintenance, primarily in the food and beverage industry. The company is now consolidated into one identity, Weidner, with three operating units: Services, Fire, and Process. The company’s current ownership team includes Mark Weidner (President), Brad Colligan (Vice President, Process Division), and Troy McBride (Vice President, Fire Division).
