1nfinite Academy is a bright, well-lit cosy boutique fitness studio. Our 45-minute work-outs are Kick-Boxing inspired high-intensity interval trainings (HIIT), making use of body weight and resistance exercises in addition to traditional martial arts conditioning. With a maximum of 8 people per class, members are constantly rotating between the equipment stations at the cue of a highly motivational instructor, who will be around every step of the way to help you achieve optimum fighters’ fitness, in a kick-ass community. Our aim is to build a strong community that supports healthy lifestyle and encourages everyone to be eco-friendly: reduce plastic usage, be more economic with their water consumption, support animal cruelty-free products and at the same time stay fit & healthy. 1FA is more than just a place to work-out, kick & punch the bag and lift weights; we are a mind and body fitness centre working towards a healthier community and a healthier planet.
