A small real estate investing company with big dreams! We believe in elevating the financial well being of all of the neighborhoods that we invest in. Our strategy has two parts. PART ONE: Invest in underperforming real estate in need of deferred maintenance, and rehab and revitalize neighborhoods by providing high quality housing at affordable prices. As well as commercial spaces that will add value and soul to a community. PART TWO: We believe in providing affordable or no cost financial education to young adults ages 18 to 35 years old. We believe that traditional education has failed our youth when it comes to financial education, and we seek to help the neighborhoods that we invest in.
