Scout Inspections is a full service organization providing commercial and residential property inspections in the area bounded by Metro Ottawa to the East, Perth and surrounding area to the West and Smiths Falls and surrounding area to the South. We provide detailed electronic reports (including pictures), which (if printed) would number in the 350-400 pages of detailed information on all aspects of the property (structure, foundation, electrical, plumbing, roof and attic spaces, basements, etc.). In addition to traditional inspection tools, we also use Thermal Imaging cameras to help find problem areas relating to moisture, unwanted air movement, insulation problems, plumbing and electrical problems.
