At Smart Works Newcastle we aim to inspire and empower all women who need help getting into work. Ahead of their interview women visit our centre for a two hour appointment, during which time they receive: 1) a high quality interview outfit, free and theirs to keep. 2) a one-to-one, personalised coaching session to prepare them for their interview. For women who are not yet at interview stage, we provide Career Coaching, a one hour session between a client and coach to identify tangible next steps to secure an interview. Since opening in April 2018 we have supported over 1000 North East women. 72% of them secure a job within one month of visiting us. Join us and help transform a woman's life.
