The Patriot, A Choice Community is a non-profit community for Senior Choice. We offer quality care from skilled to long-term and independent living to personal care. Intensive, individualized professional supportive services are provided to empower our residents in their efforts to achieve their highest potential. For those too ill for full independence, it is our aim to sustain them with dignity and compassion in a long and supportive environment.
