ApoJuice comes in Italy from a felt need to create something alternative to the usual fruit juices which are typically used in the creation of drinks. The world of bars and cocktail bars is constantly changing and so also the needs and customers' attention, which are more and more careful about what they drink but especially how much they drink. And it is precisely here that ApoJuice wants to insert itself, that is, as a valid alternative of product and taste, which can combine the creation of drinks with new tastes and, why not, with a reduced alcohol content. In addition, the world of non-alcoholic beverages has almost always been relegated to fruit-based syrups and juices as regards mixing. Therefore, the inspiration to create a line of non-alcoholic extracts based on aromatic herbs was also born thanks to the felt need to offer something decidedly more interesting, artisanal and original to its customers.
