Quice Food Industries was established on march 12,1990 as a private limited company. Later on December 13,1993 it was converted into a Public Limited company. The company was listed with Karachi Stock Exchange on August 2,1994 and with Islamabad stock Exchange on july 18,1995. The registered office of the company is at Hattar industrial Estate, in the premises of factory on January 19,2009 the new managment took the charge of company at the 18th Annual General Meeting held at the Registered office.
