The Coalition for Apprenticeship Partners in Economic Development (CAPED) is a non-profit charitable organization registered in the State of Texas founded for advocacy and outreach toward the creation of more pubic private partnership (P3s) with apprenticeship programs. These efforts provide a multi-pronged approach for talent development and retention strategies. Our purpose is to create public policy solutions for a better, brighter Texas.
