Good Health begins with leading a healthy lifestyle and the root cause of many problems we face today can be related back to our sedentary lifestyle, poor quality of food and nutrition, excessive use of mobile phones, poor posture or bad habits like smoking or drinking. Unfortunately these have led us to get the dubious distinction of being the Diabetes capital of the world. Obesity, cardiac issues and other diseases are also fast increasing in our country! At Indigo, we started with a belief that we could encourage people to lead a healthier life by taking better care of these everyday issues, that most of us are already well aware of anyway.
