PDF Engineering was founded in 2015 as consulting firm dedicated to supporting organizations manage their construction projects effectively. Our mission is to enable our clients to achieve the goals of a successful project through dependable construction inspection and project management services. For more than 20 years our founder, Pedro Florez, has partnered with government entities providing expertise to their infrastructure improvement projects. The firm is currently delivering inspection and construction project management services for the infrastructure replaced by the Chicago Department of Water Management and its contractors as part of its Capital Improvement program, managing successfully more than $100 million of contract work annually.
