WACAP (World Association for Children and Parents) is a champion for children, finding and preparing permanent families and offering lifelong support after adoption. Since 1976, WACAP placed over 11,000 children with loving, adoptive families. In April of 2019, WACAP merged with Holt International, expanding child-centered services and support for children and families.
