We develop fair and economic solutions in joint projects with our partners and thus promote sustainable local development work on all continents. Our work is non-confessional, politically neutral and serves the common good. Our consulting assignments as "Managers without Borders" - online and/or on site - provide targeted support for defined problems and usually last 4 to a maximum of 12 weeks. Our managers, who have previously been intensively trained for their assignment, do not replace staff at the companies or partners, but are available to them for a limited period as consultants and trainers.
