Founded in 2021, Athena Soccer Club hopes to empower and encourage women in the Philadelphia region in the sport of soccer. To that end, we provide development opportunities to women on our WPSL team, we offer free clinics to underserved soccer clubs in the region, and we partner with local soccer clubs to further develop elite athletes on and off the field. As a club that desires to give back to the soccer community in meaningful ways, contributions to help fulfill our mission are vital. Financial contributions and sponsorships to Athena Soccer Club will offset the cost of participating in the WPSL. It will also offset the cost of uniforms, travel, and field rentals. For every paid clinic our club runs, we are committed to offering a free clinic in the Philadelphia area.
