We cannot (and would not) utilize any pesticides or insect control chemicals on our plants, as this would kill our delicious fishes. Our system will result in the most pure, robust, fresh tasting produce on the market today. Our fish are a result of over 30 years of controlled breeding, resulting in an improved body of fish with larger than typical fillets (42% waste vs 55% waste)—and our hybrid breeding program ensures only true quality product will make it to market.
