He has over 32 years ‘experience in Board and Executive Management positions spanning Financial Services, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Property and Retail industries. His involvement as a Venture Capitalist and a director of both Publicly Listed and private Investee companies has helped Andrew gain extensive experience in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, the procedures involved in pre and post IPO company development, capital raising and risk management.
