McMaster Engineering EcoCAR Team hopes to build upon McMaster University’s reputation as an outstanding technical school and academic leader in the development of sustainable advanced vehicle technology. By working closely with the McMaster Institute for Automotive Research and Technology (MacAUTO) and the McMaster Centre for Software Certification (McSCert), the McMaster team is looking to establish McMaster University as a major competitor in EcoCAR and in AVTCs to come. The McMaster Engineering EcoCAR Team is excited to participate in the first year of this four year long competition. This year, the McMaster Engineering EcoCAR team has added new team members that are prepared to face new challenges with this brand-new competition and create a unique electric vehicle while pushing the bounds of connected and automated driving.
