Inspired by the next generation in the family, the business has recently re-established itself, becoming a specialist producer of plant based and gluten free baked products. Combining this new approach with its tradition, fusing itself to its heritage of “traditional baking”, the business now offers an array of high quality, handmade baked savoury goods and ambient cakes for all tastes and lifestyles, purveyed daily to market on its own dedicated fleet of vehicles.
