Hemisphere is a DJ collective and promotion group founded by Alejandro Martinez (Alex M) and James Cuzella (Phasik) with the sole purpose of exposing the best local, national and international talent around and thus far have booked DJs/producers from Houston, France, Florida and NYC. They have played at some of the best venues in town including NORAD Dance Bar, Funky Buddha, Bar Standard and the Beatport Lounge (located inside of Beta), one of North America’s top nightclubs. Not wanting to be pigeon-holed or become obstructed by a certain genre, they’ve been known to play everything from downtempo, deep house, tech house, techno and everything in between, building energy and intensity throughout their sets. They specialize in reading a crowd and keeping the party going with their impeccable track selections and seamless mixing, making it a unique experience every time…never straying from the underground!
