Our core business sees us working at the highest organizational level with CEOs, Entrepreneurs, and Board Chairs and partnering them towards solutions which deliver successful intergenerational leadership transitions. In our experience there are three pillars of successful business leadership renewal and regeneration: (1) having the appropriate strategic and business 'fit' for the transition; (2) ensuring the 'right' behaviours are observed in and demonstarated by those involved in the transition (including Executives who have been chosen for grooming in leadership talent pool); and (3) implementing the the most appropriate transaction for a transition (this can mean anything from a CEO retirement to a complete divestment by an Entrepreneurial owner).
