NCL is a general incorporated association that is working towards invigorating the regional economy. We have a long-term vision to realize a Post-capitalist social system, where people have actually choice over where to live, what to do for work, whom to share life with, i.e. to be able to choose/create their own communities. NCL visualizes and opens up community resources, and through the matching and incubation of these resources, we create new communities and jobs in the respective regions.
