We are committed to internally operate the key business functions that most directly affect the customer experience. Product development, marketing, customer service, and fulfillment are all core competencies of TSP and are internally handled by TSP team members. TSP operates it's own warehouse, fulfillment center, and customer service center. We DO NOT outsource key business functions such as; Customer service, fulfillment, quality control, or marketing.
