Back Office Ninjas was born out of a desire to see businesses THRIVE! Cynthia Adams, Our Master Ninja, President and Managing Partner, saw many business owners struggling with back office processes. She realized that they did not want to be burdened with accounting, payroll and other administrative duties. These business owners had a dream! Unfortunately those dreams were being suffocated by mounds of paperwork. Using her unique skill set as a human resource professional with an accounting background, Cynthia created a full scope firm to help those business owners get back in front of their customer and out of the back office.
