Novo Rail is an alliance of Transport for NSW in partnership with Aurecon, Laing O’Rourke and RCR Infrastructure O'Donnell Griffin, working as one team, to deliver a substantial portfolio of infrastructure work across Sydney’s local rail network. The range of work being safely delivered by Novo Rail includes the upgrade and re-energising of rail signalling and power systems to accommodate the introduction of the new Waratah trains. The alliance partners are also committed to the training and up-skilling of our people in order to help fill the rail industry's skill resource gap. The end game is to leave a legacy of which the rail industry is proud and through which future alliances can learn.
