Taste - Smell - A moment of joy Our history The history of the company began in 1991 when the Ambrovics brothers founded a family bakery in the basement of their home. Handmade French baguettes distributed to local shops were their first success, and this is how bakery craftsmanship began in the family. In 1999, the next milestone in the company history was the start of production of frozen mini puff pastry products being sold to consumers, baked off straight from the oven in our chain of our MINT Franchise stores. Building upon the expertise gained and investments into the advanced production technologies in 2006, the company has started to produce a wide range of high quality frozen bakery products, allowing us to distribute to the segment of International retail chains, grocery stores, cattering services, petrol stations, as well as to the traditional stores in Central Europe.
