Sport Ready provides sport science, medical support & virtual training to young athletes that train year-round at competitive levels. The prevalence of overuse injuries in youth athletes is at epidemic levels. The current year-round, early sport specialization, competitive focus is a driving force with minimal constraints. The medical and sports science communities have the research needed to help, but it is not being disseminated and used at the levels that will help young athletes perform at their best while preventing life altering injuries. Elite athletes in at university, Olympic, and professional levels are being cared for. What about the youth that are competing at high levels? We are here to create that support network.
