Founded in 1926. Having won 6 League Championships, 2 State Cups, 5 Toto Cups. The club achieved 5 League Championships in a row, the longest dynasty in the Israeli football history. Hapoel Petah Tikva is the first Israeli club to participate in UEFA competitions as well as the first club outside of Tel Aviv to win the Israeli League Championship. Since 2018 the club is fan-owned and nowadays is the biggest football fan-owned club in Israel.
