A private Texas Corporation that was established in 1991 to provide career education and employment services to other service providers who work with the homeless, ex-offenders, at-risk students, and individuals who have learning problems resulting from substance abuse and emotional trauma, including PTSD. ILS is the developer of the NOVA Program and has established over 200 learning centers in 38 states and Canada.
