We are the first organisation in Europe to consult on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Tech and advocate for the interests of underrepresented groups in the tech industry. Our mission is to close the diversity gap in tech in Europe. To achieve this, we focus on Community, Awareness and Education. COMMUNITY Currently our community comprises more than 4,500 members and supporters, who are also committed to change in the tech industry. We provide our community with access to career and mentoring opportunities in tech and help companies build diverse and inclusive tech teams. EDUCATION We also offer trainings and events to educate companies, foundations and universities about diversity in tech. How can we promote Diversity in Tech, Product and Engineering teams in the company? How can we develop inclusive technology that does not exclude certain groups of people? These are questions that we answer with our workshops. AWARENESS Through our active exchange with representatives from politics, business, society and the media, we create awareness for the topic and represent the interests of underrepresented people in tech.
