Industrial Projects Consulting (IPC) was established in response to our clients’ needs. The scarcity of professional services firms specializing in project management for the industrial sector left a service gap that aligned perfectly with our team’s skills and experience. Our firm is comprised of construction professionals who come from general contracting backgrounds and are experts in the management of the planning, design, procurement, construction and post-construction phases of capital improvement projects. Our owners have been in the industrial contracting industry for over 40 years, and have experience managing projects throughout the United States.
