SKYWAY Leadership Institute is a research and development company that offers hands on experiential learning and corporate/community team and trust building. Based out of the state of the art, 5 million dollar HelmZar facility and located right near downtown in Tulsa, OK, it is the largest ropes and challenge course of its kind in North America. The activities at SKYWAY are proven to build up hope and inner confidence in youth, develop leadership and trust within any kind of group (sports team, class, corporate) and also build the much needed trust between youth and law enforcement.
