The Goddess and Child Center has been a community leader specializing in pre and postnatal fitness, yoga and homeopathy. We are happy to announce that we are now going to offer services to help women and children from fertility to menopause. We are soon going to be adding the following new services; yoga, fitness and nutrition help for fertility and menopause, WeeHands classes, breastfeeding educator and a sleep coach that will help with both prenatal and infant to toddler sleep problems. When you come to our classes you will meet other women who are going through the same stage of life as you are. Why not come and join our community.
