Kentish Town Studio is a health, wellness & fitness centre providing a wide range of matwork classes pilates | yoga | barre | garuda as well as studio (equipment) pilates. All levels welcome. Fitness levels available from rehabilitation through general health all the way to specific training. We are very lucky to have found some wonderful teachers who provide classes for kids to, we have ballet classes from age 5 to 10 as well as yoga for kids. Other services include: treatments and consultations, teacher training, workshops, specialities classes like persian dancing and tai chi, centre for pregnancy and postnatal pilates.
