We have 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling machines, lathes, multi-axis turning centres and EDM wirecutting capabilities. We specialise in machining with titanium and other exotic materials such as nitronic, 17-4PH, SAF RA2205, 316L, Aluminium 2-, 5-, 6-, and 7-series, AB2, Dixon, Delrin, etc. We can offer various surface finishes such as polished, bead blasted, sand blasted, machine-line and machine-finish. We also offer Laser Marking. The company holds international certifications to manufacture in the specialized controlled fields of implantable medical devices. The Ti-TaMED Spinal Screw Implant System, is manufactured from the highest quality implant grade titanium. We have developed the unique and internationally patented Uniaxial pedicle screw which enables new techniques to be used in posterior and anterior scoliosis correction surgery.
