FitnessTMB is a unique Online Service that focuses on improving the health and well-being of men and women over 40. This platform enables coaching clients wherever they are based, on any time zone, making it convenient for the user. At the centre of this programme is the RRE (Recondition-Recharge-Energise) Method, which has been specifically designed with this age-group in mind. Currently, FitnessTMB has clients in five countries, US, Finland, Spain, UK and Mauritius.
